I am trying to install a Pioneer DEHP6700 in a 98' Chevy Silverado. The problem is there is absolutely no power getting to the deck. I have tried almost every wiring option.

The Chevy wire diagram reads:
MEM - Orange
PWR - Yellow
GND - Black

The Stereo Diagram reads:
BATTERY - Yellow
ACC - Red
GND - Black

I assumed that Orange was the one that went with the red, Yellow-Yellow and Black-Black. NOTHING!! I even went out on a limb that the colors were mixed, and tried the Yellow-Red. STILL NOTHING! I checked the stereo fuse and it is good. What do you suggest???? This is frustrating cuz it is sooooo simple, but i can't get it to work. Thank You!

Are you sure that the orange wire is the ACC switched wire? You can try putting both the Yellow and Red from the head unit to the truck's yellow and see if it comes on.

The deck may require itself to be grounded. Is the unit attached to the truck's metal in anyway?

Do you have a test light? If so use that to find a source of power behind the dash.

Also, are u sure u didnt blow a fuse while attempting to install the stereo?
