Wow...thats pretty trick.

This may be a stupid question...but how did u mount that sub from the inside? Is the top/bottom removable?

i have a trim ring on the top, i made it wider than the cut out for the sub so it would look like it was all one thing. the ring just pops right off and then you can take it out. first time i have ever tried anything like that but it worked great

That looks great... what kind of paint did u end up using i have been thinking of buying certain grades of Auto paint but did not know which brands or compounds to use? By the way the SX i bought from u Pounds! lol

thats good. and paint thats PPG and House of kolor. i used house of kolor for part of it and ppg for the other part.

I know im getting technical but how much was it a can and how many coats did u end up doing? I have 2 sprayers and a barn so i just gotta use the right paint thats all.

some where $40 for a pint some where 100 for a pint. and clear is about 90 for a quart and they you need primer and other solvents. its alot of work to do it all and it takes a while to get it right.

yea i inherent a lil bit of talent from my father thank god, he has been a painter for like most of my life so he knows a thing or 2 but i was just wondering how much paint like that ran seeing as Some day i would like to Fiberglass and then paint like that :)

i never tested the box in anything for spl. and yes i do make those when people want them.

Sinister, just a question u said that the Baffle ring for the top pops out, does it vibrate its way out durring play? I was just thinking about that for some reason... or have u not tested it out just yet?

nope it stays nice and tight because i made it so it wasnt a perfect circle and when you turn it it locks in place really tight.
