I have done a couple of golf carts last year. Its become the thing to do around here. This is the first one for this year. I just started it Tuesday so I desided to document it.

The only place for the woofer will be in the area under the rear seat. Fiberglass is used so that I can have all the air space available to me. Only one 12-inch woofer will be used.

The mdf portion will be molded to the the glass shell and the baffle board will be made about the middle of next week.
I stiil don't understand it, Golfers need perfect silence to hit a ball thats just sitting there and a baseball player can hit a ball doing 90 MPH with 25000 screeming fans.
When finished the MDF portion will have resin brushed on, sanded smooth and painted the same color as the cart. :jesterlol
