well i have been looking around for some good amp kits, and well i decided to go with KnuKonceptz, heard nothing but good stuff about them and so i decided to order their 8 gauge amp kit, well after a million calls i get ahold of them on Thursday.....well i "ordered" the kit, but i couldnt understand the guy i was talking to very well, i Think he said to put my email adress and the number he gave me on the money order? but im not sure, so i have emailed them, added them to my aim(they arent ever on) and called them a million times, leaving messages and they never return my calls or emails like the messages say they will..etc.... so i havent sent out the money order yet. :t_thumbdo its making me really mad. so far their customer service is horrible.. if any of you know if i am supposed to put my email adress and the number on my M.O. then let me know please, id like to get the kit already. im about to go to F'n Wal Mart and just get a kit there!!!!!!!! :banghead  :angry

I ordered off the net and had my stuff 2 working days after.

No complaints from me. Maybe they had a hard time understanding you aswell. This tends to happen a lot when talking to different people in different areas.

i ordered a kit from them and they sent me the classic cable speaker wire when i ordered the karma cable...i will admit, they are very hard to get ahold of on the phone but when i did i asked if they could send me an extra foot (i ordered 3 feet) and i they sent me 10 feet free :)

two words: credit card.

I never had a problem with them really, aside from getting my RCA cables with the screw-on ends dettached from the cables so I had to trace the lines to tell left from right etc on 4-RCA cables.
That annoyed me when I was hooking up 6 RCA lines for a DAD_A/SACD player and had to trace every friggin line because they can't color code a friggin RCA cable for L/R/F/R.
Anyway, otherwise, KnuKon is good stuff. cheap as hell, and reliable.
I just ordered an 8ga kit for the new grand cherokee to wire up a basslink with a PAC adapter to the infinity system in it. makes life easy

yay just got my kit from K.K. its very nice looking, nice materials...etc.. i like how the remote wire is...connected with the RCA's pretty neat. overall it looks like really nice stuff, cant wait to replace it with that Wal Mart junk.

I wish they'd use slightly larger gauge wire for the remote line personally.
that thin crap is fragile and a bear to strip in tight quarters.

StreetWires' kits come with the remote wire attached to the RCA's also. But I agree with you Kiki that the wire sucks. I always run a seperate one instead.
