I just upgraded to dual core processors, so I am selling my old stuff:

Abit NF7-M MB

Comes with a fan installed as well. Asking $75 shipped.

A nice purchase if someone is looking to upgrade an older machine. I was running it with 1GB RAM and a GeForce 6600 graphics card and it was able to run games no problems (including City of Heroes, WoW, F.E.A.R).

I can even teach ya how to upgrade your MB and CPU without having to reformat.

Does PC2100 266 FSB memory work with it? I got 512 of it...

It will work, but isn't ideal. It is made for 333 FSB, but it will rn the 266.
