I hate to say it, but this is the second person who has had issues getting there products from him.

Being an Admin Im going to advise not buying from him- bit I wont stop you either...

I highly advise contacting the police in the town in which you sent the money to and file a mail fraud report. Get the ball rolling.

If he sends your amps you can always stop the ball...

I am patiently waiting for a return also.

Sent an r/c car to him for trade of an amp
He declined to trade for the amp and dmg'd the body of the car
I told him to send car + cash for body (and s&h) I lost back
He declined, then we agreed to a money order that in all honesty is lower than my expectations but anything is better than nothing.

If anyone can help me out here because I do not know what I need to do in order to get this resolved. He was online 2 days ago and I sent a PM a week ago asking if he sent the money order. Looks like I got scammed :(.
I have his home phone # and address and if I don't see/hear something by friday I am spamming it everywhere. Then we can go to court.

Still have not heard back from him.

I'm still willing to give him a chance as I did speak with with him a few time , and the thing about his brother seemed to be for real.

But now he is not even returning calls , that's what worries me now

Almost 3pm EST.
Called Up there and unfortunately Ivan was at work, spoke with a gentleman (forgot to get his name) and he said Ivan would be off at 2 aclock (time zone diff). Anyways, he seemed like a nice guy and took down my information, hopefully this can work out. I'm hoping its all just a HUGE miscommunication and can get resolved. If anyone else needs anything from Ivan, please contact me and we may be able to help one another out.

Im advising anyone and everyone who has dealt with him and have not got your items, CALL THE POLICE IN HIS TOWN RIGHT AWAY or STFU about it.

Seriously, whining here obviously isnt going to solve it. Its time to take action, and each of you HAVE to do it yourself. Nothing against you guys, its not your fault. But you need to realize, this is the next step- it needs to be taken. If I was you guys, I would all call his local police station on the same day to file the complaints.

Spoke with him today
Actually spoke with him.
Explained to him that this thread was up and people would like to speak with him. He said he was running out the door for a week to take care of business but would send my money order friday. If I don't see confirmation by Friday then simply put I'm calling the local police department. HOPEFULLY it will not come down to that and he'll do as he said. He just said he's been busy and took down my information so that he can send me the money order.

Anyone else needs anything let me know.

Enough is enough, I'm a really nice guy and got taken advantage of. Anyone else would have contacted authorities sooner.

Any advice would be appreciated. I'm not sure what to do, just know that I'm going to call his family/police and get this resolved.

Yea, I waited a while.
Was hoping this guy would pan out to be ok.
From the death to his family members to just plain bullshit.
I tried to be nice due to a death and gave him a month but this is just nuts.
Contacting local PD and seeing what I can do. I've talked to his family and they seem to be really cool so hopefully they'll try and work this out also.

Called his house again to speak with whom I'd assume is his sister (may be wrong) and his phoneline is busy, will continue to try that route.

Also called Oil City's Police Department and spoke with them and called my local Police Department and spoke with them.

This will get resolved even if I have to go to small claims court. Sounds like it will be a huge headache but I mean its the principal of the matter, no telling how many people he's ripped off. I got nothing but time now :) so its all good.

Going to cost him more because I'm filing for court fee's also.

Have to wait and call Court House tomorrow, going to give him a call and tell him he can send extra cash and be done with it or were going to court.

its the fact of the matter I have TONS of documentation stating he received the product and that there has been no form of payment.
