I have had this sub since october now, and had been running it at 4ohms giving it roughly 600rms. It sound amazing very low good output. For an 18 it sounded amazing with sq. The box is 5.75 cubic feet. Has 3 3inch ports. Tuned now to 35 hz. I recently put the sub down to a 1ohm load giving it 1000rms. Now it came alive. It hurts to turn up to loud, literally hurts my ears, it sounds like a big bore rifle in the trunk. Then i turned it down and the sub came alive. Sounds great with the drums and fast paced rock music. And rap fans beware, youll have to add a great set of components to your car this sub drowns out everything when it comes to bass music.
I have had a few systems now on this same amp but this one tops the cake great output, great build quality. Only downfall is you need a gigantic box to hold it. 6-10 cubic feet ported!

O yea how can i forget it only cost 309 dollars! hell of a price!
After more listening and three more 2+ hour road trips I honestly cant find a fault with this subwoofer. I love the strong punchy bass it delivers in rock music. And the ear bleeding rumbling it can provide one rap songs, this subwoofer can move some air, i can honestly feel the air coming from the ports when the back seat is down, from the driver seat. I am going to retune the ports again this time down from 36hz to 32 give a little output, which i have alot of, for a little more low end. Great subwoofer. FI did great work on the Q series.
Well glasswolf is running a 15 and is very pleased. Just make sure you power it properly and the box is crucial!!! Big BIG BIG box tuned low.
