Just recently bought a black Z34 Monte Carlo. It comes w/ a 3.4L V6 w/ twin DOHC. (yes thats 4 camshafts!!) and i'm looking to try and give it a personal feel. Here's a list of things that ive already done to it, lemme kno wat u guys think should be next.
replaced rear drivers side strut and strut mount
installed the 8 ga. wiring kit, and now have a 15" Autotek MM w/ a Hifonics Zeus amplifier pushing 600 rms.
installed a Sunpro Volt meter, and 3 toggle switches for teh sub, meter light, and subwoofer L.E.D.'s
installed aftermarket JVC headunit
built a custom tuned ported box out of 3/4" MDF
layed down a floor of 3/4" MDF in the entire trunk
painted stock rims black, but left the outside lip the machined silver
I was thinking about doin a color theme under the hood like painting the valve cover, and getting spark plug wires of the same color, and a intake tube of that color.
wat u guys think???

Agreed... If you want em done right, find another stock set from the junkyard and get them powder coated in the centers... either that or just go with a nice set of aftermarket 17"-18"s that have the Black and Machined look.

i was thinking about building a better box for my sub to put in it. If i wanted to fiberglass it, where would i go to get the materials to do so, and what would i need to purchase???

^Cheaper there when they have it... Not all of the Home Depots carry it... Remember all the problems we had searching for it during the Builds, you bought 1 gallon from Depot and that was there entire stock... Not to mention if you call H/D or go there and get a price, then go to Wally World and let them know they'll beat the price ;)
yea and walmart doesnt have gallons. mine always has plenty of resin i just think your stores are ghey.

wow, i'd rather have the additional 120 hp and get the 18 mpg.
At least when i get on the freeway, it doesn't take me 3/4 of a mile to get up to 65 mph.
OH, and i can burn my tires :D, how about you?
