My dad has ordered a pair of new floorstanding stereo speakers for the house. :)
They are probably the nicest pair we've owned (well, will own lol). We got a pair of Quad 22L2's in black. They are not only pretty, but sound freaking awesome with some incredible low range extention.

they remind me of my KEF 104/2 Reference mains a bit.. also British :)
They do know how to make great speakers,.

They really sound very good. They go fairly loud for their size, too.

One thing that bugs me slightly is that their box says "made in china". But it's fine with me because they sound really good.
