Well really the only box...

But here it is. For a Diamond D9 15"

17 1/2" Tall
12 1/2" Deep
51" Wide

50 Sq in port area

Double baffle, flush mount. Thats 3 layers of MDF. Had one hell of a time convincing my Uncle to let me use his table saw to cut it. Then had an even harder time cutting it! lol

New screws kicked so much ass its unbelievable! Before assembling the box was tedious task and took the longest. Now, it takes about 45 minutes or less!

Oh yeas I did...

This is the first time Ive built a triple baffle front, and never want to again really.

I had to pick and choose my battle: Cut to size have holes that probably dont line up, or cut the holse close, then cut the wood to size based off the holes.

My designs usually have the top/bottom attaching from the top/bottom sandwiching the height (face).

I also had a heck of a time getting the new screws in, but should be good to go getting them at anytime now! Fricking awesome!

so, you put all three layers in the saw at the same time?? Couldn't you just have done it one at a time assuming you dont change the gate on the saw? Oh, and what kind of screws did you use?

The reason I did it that way was to keep all holes concentric with eachother and that the other boards are going against a near perfect cut base thats 2.25" wide.

not necessary to run them all through at the same time, unless the saw's fence is wobbly. HOLY CRAP! Bill is right on the triple thing, even if the customer asked for it, thats still retarded. I'm not sure how you did it, but I would have put the first two internal in the box, then the third on top......
