yea found it searching yahoo. i work for a longtime friend in the auto glass industry and he and i have always been into car audio so after the system we installed in his truck took some awards a couple years ago we have been tossing around the idea (of course its his money so i toss it around a lot easier than he does) of opening a shop. i used to work for a local shop that was an alpine (long live the 7909) and rockford fosgate dealer back in the day when fosgate pro series was ruling the roost. i was selling and installing car stereo when clarion was junk and used a cartridge to load a disc in the head unit........man talk about skipping and then pioneer came out with the first cd head unit with built in power...ha built in my ass there was a small amp hanging off the back of the thing. anyway we built this system in his truck and wound up getting 1st in class and best of show with it....not too bad. i would have done it different but it won. he likes his stuff hidden and i like it in your face, obnoxious and loud as hell. with just shy of 1200 watts and 15 speakers it gets loud enough but it just aint my thing ya know....at that show some people didnt even realize there was a system in it because every thing was hidden and the factory head unit was still in the stock location. the aftermarket head was hidden and wired into the console and you couldnt see anything. sorry for the long post talk to you guys later. i hope i can contribute but im more of a hands on guy than anything else and i have always had a nack for making things work when they shouldnt fit so it always helps me to have the vehicle and product in front of me.......
