Question Is there an adaptor that can power a head unit from the mains? (UK)

I live in the UK and I have a Pumpkin ND0294B.

Configuring the software in the car (trying out various pieces of software etc.) is a bit of a ball ache.

Is there such a thing as a head unit-to-UK mains adaptor I can buy?

I'm not sure if you are still looking, but would something like this work?

basically you just need to find a 240V AC to 12V DC converter.
