Thats all I got on him, and his registered E Mail addy and IP addy...

This has gotten out of hand. Im not going to ban the guy from the board, but Im thinking Im going to ban him from selling here.

Zero did you get your car back like last promissed?

Im advising anyone and everyone who has dealt with him and have not got your items, CALL THE POLICE IN HIS TOWN RIGHT AWAY or STFU about it.

Seriously, whining here obviously isnt going to solve it. Its time to take action, and each of you HAVE to do it yourself. Nothing against you guys, its not your fault. But you need to realize, this is the next step- it needs to be taken. If I was you guys, I would all call his local police station on the same day to file the complaints.

He has commited mail/telecommunications fraud. Thats what its considered...

Spoke with him today
Actually spoke with him.
Explained to him that this thread was up and people would like to speak with him. He said he was running out the door for a week to take care of business but would send my money order friday. If I don't see confirmation by Friday then simply put I'm calling the local police department. HOPEFULLY it will not come down to that and he'll do as he said. He just said he's been busy and took down my information so that he can send me the money order.

Anyone else needs anything let me know.

He never sent anything, now just going to call the cops.
Enough is enough, I'm a really nice guy and got taken advantage of. Anyone else would have contacted authorities sooner.

Any advice would be appreciated. I'm not sure what to do, just know that I'm going to call his family/police and get this resolved.
Freaking stupid, thats all it is, is stupid.

Good luck with the hunt.

71.116.61.136 was his last used IP address, not sure if its static or not.

chances are the ISP keeps a record of who is assigned the IP, so i'd look into that.
