I am abit pissed at the Boss right now. He won't return any of my messages, so I think that litigation may be the only way. I will be writing the Better Business Bureau about Pixibit.com and see if there are any problems with them. His message stating that he will refund everyone's money within 24hrs is pure bunk too. I sent him every transaction I did for him, and looked today and found out that I still have the same amount in my PayPal as anything. Doesn't this little shit know that I have his email address, at cox.net which would have information about where he resides..it would be so easy for a lawyer to find him the lawsuit that I plan on bitchslapping him with.

hell, lets try a class action suit. We could probably get our allies to join in. Everyone that he hasn't paid all sue him together. Not individually, but for the entire amount his little game has generated. Anyone know a lawyer that deals in this sort of thing?

Sure don't, but if I can get half my money back I am in. Hell thats the only reason I am still playing. If I haden't spent any money I would be gone.

Mafiabattle is modeled after mafiastreets. Some people say it is a lot better than this one. If you guys want to join it, I am game. Let me know. I also am waiting for the boss to refund my money as well. Bastard.

I'm game for moving too, but only if most of you do too.
Want to try and keep what we can of our gang intact.

I signed up at the mafia streets, just to see what it's like. It's pretty similar to this one, but I've noticed a few more things to do.

Do you see on the MB forum, there is more rumors of more resets now.
Geeze, they don't have any clue at all about thier own game do they.
