Laying out the two tone

Pontiac Firebird/Trans Am/GTA/Formula (1980) - Honey Hush

This is another first for me.   Laying out the two tone was somewhat of a challenge.  I find myself fortunate that I only had to do it once.

Once I got the clear coat on and cured I spent two months cut and buffing it.

Finally the the hood bird. I did it alone, I really should have waited for a second set of hands.  It ended up with a few flaws that I can’t live with.  I’ll try again this fall after car show season.
