Door weatherstripping installed

Well, I can cross another project off the list! Finally tackled installing that weather stripping seal on the doors today. 

Getting that darn seal to slide into those narrow channels was like wrestling with a garden hose - every time I'd get one section in, another part would pop right back out. After about an hour of getting nowhere fast, I realized this really needed to be a two-person job. Had someone hold one end steady while I worked the seal down the channel bit by bit. Amazing how much easier things go when you've got an extra pair of hands!

Got them all installed, though the doors are really stiff right now - takes a good shove to get them to latch properly. I'm hoping once the weather stripping has some time to settle in and conform to the door frames, they'll ease up.
