    Well theres an obvious candidate...

The 2.8 MPI-3400 SFI Chevy 60Degree V6's. Theres MILLIONS of them on the roads...

Almost all that I know of have the alternator in the same place.

^ That was one that I was thinking of... Also had thoughts of the 3.8ltrs... Yeah I know that the alt brackets are in different places on some different models, but I think a seperate bracket could be made that would work and may even fit the 3.4ltrs.
But like I said, we'll never know which vehicles make the list till I get a bunch of feedback, the ones I think should be made may not be what the overall population wants

Sorry ain't been here much except for on this topic, but the homework on this along with everything else I've got going on is keeping me more than busy.

Just thought I'd add in a lil note though... Keep in mind when we get past the voting stage and start doing the designing/ prototyping we will be looking for donor vehicles, so if you can afford to give up your vehicle for a while for us to test on you'll get a free dual alt bracket... Sorry no free alts as they cost a bit to much, but I'm sure Nate at Excessive would be more than willing to cut you a good rate on your secondary

Chevy 2.8, 3.1 and 3.4 are basically the same block. A long block 3.4 is a direct swap for either the 2.8 or 3.1 on the 3rd gen F-Body cars and use the same accessory brackets and sensors.

I'm not really in the market for a bracket at the moment but I think it's worth mentioning that there are piles of Explorers out there. I've always noticed them before, but now that I own one I see them everywhere.

Most are the 4.0L models. I couldn't tell you a thing about the engines though. But guys at Explorer forum are always open to questions and they seem to do the group buys often.
