Ok i got bored and i looked up your demintions for you.......ok for a single you need 1.75-2.25 cu. ft.. Seeing as to how you are using the plural form of cvr. i assume you have 2 of them. SO i am by no means a box builder i think you should have a 4 cu ft box.......not too big but not almost suffocating the subs.

I would just play around with this till you get what you want out of it:

Just make the cubic feet big enough for both subs, build as shown and cut your holes for the subs.

By the way, coated decking screws work far superior to standard wood or drywall screws.

    Well...

Measure up the area you can put the box in. Make sure it will fit thru the trunk, hatch, door, etc.

Then plug them numbers into that thing in red.

Next tell it what tuning you want, I would say 34 Hz.

Next look at the box volume and compare to whats suggested from Kicker. Adjust the size to get the suggested, cut and build.

we used Spanner screws, they worked very well. you can't remove them without the correct tool. Excellent safety tip for someone wanting to protect their investment. we used spanners on everything in my car.
