    The build begins!

    Wood:
    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz

    Starting amp rack:
    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz

Bracing ribs (not sure if I want to use these or not...any opinions?):
    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz

Starting back trim panel (with my new xmas toys):
    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz

A clean workstation is a happy station:
    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz

1.5 extra sheets (has to buy more since I didn't know they were bowed):
    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz

    Starting plexi rabbet:
    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz

    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz

    Finished!:
    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz

    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz

    Testfit:
    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz

    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz

Making sure plexi will fit (matches size of amp heatsinks):
    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz

I think this is how I'll lay out the baffle and trim piece...

    Rough trim panel:
    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz

    90* elbows for ports:
    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz

    Plexi pilots drilled/countersunk:
    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz

I was originally going to use t-nuts for the trim pieces, but I may have to come up with something creative to get the thin middle parts tight. I'll probably just cut off 1/8" from some threaded inserts.

Gracias. I use the edge guide that came with the router combo:

    CSS SDX15: 4 cubes @ 25hz
