The Alpine 205 DD with the 701 processor looks to be a pretty nice combination and not too expensive for what you get.

Both Pioneer and Alpine have add-on processors for DD units.

JVC just redid their website and I think they're still working some of the bugs out... The new site is full of Flash animation and without high speed will probably take forever to load.

I checked panasonic's site and either it's not updated or they really don't offer much. Or I'm just not getting everything from where I'm at. JVC's site won't load at all. it's been trying for 20 minutes now. :(

but dd's are sweet looking, id kinda lean toward jvc or panasonic if it were me

Well I know you're looking for a double din radio solution, but in my honest opinion the best bang for the buck with the features you want is the Pioneer DEH-P880PRS... so what if you have to have a dash plate adapter with pocket... the pocket just gives you somewhere to throw your iPod :)
