yeah, I would use this amp on the L5 but if someone has another amp suggestion higher than 500w I would get the L7.

Your not gonna wanna put that amp on an L5. Kicker subs need a lot of power to get moving, especially the L5's and L7's.

I think this 420w MTX amp is what I am going to buy off of e-bay for about $150, I was wondering what 12" sub for around $150 would go well in a sealed box with this amp. I was thinking of a 12" solobaric L5, but I am open for any suggestions. I am also open to any suggestions for another 400-600w amp of about equal quality and price. Thanks a lot.
