Ok I'm home. Surgery went well, and even with the plastic, all the blood, swelling and the drip pan on (bunch of gauze under my nose) I can still breath better than I did 24 hours ago.

Oh and FYI I actually had 3 things done.

They took out a bone spur that was blocking both sides.

Installed some carlidge to help my nasal valves open up more.

And took out some of the nasal filter in the front of my nasal cavity.

Pain isn't that bad. Its better if I take the drip pan off but the perks are taking care of that.



As for shadow. I'm not a really religious guy. But I have prayed almost every night for him.

And I'm seriously considering taking the vet to lunch one day while I'm home. Someone needs to set this chick down and talk to her. Maybe she will listen and I can keep this from happening to someone elses animal.

If she just gets shitty I can always let the NCO out. That would be an experience she wouldn't forget in a while.

Oh and Joe I can't talk worth a crap right now. So shoot me a pm and I will get back to you in a few.

Sorry to hear about your cat. I've had cats in the past, and I have a dog now. Since I probably won't have kids soon, my dog gets treated pretty well, almost like it was our child - SO I can see how angry that would make you.

So about the surgery, good luck. But I have to ask, how were you going around getting beat up with bats at 5?
