Hey, I just clicked on your link... not!

by MobileAudio219 » Thu May 13, 2010 4:28 pm

Yeah, me too.

I miss it, but the car had all the a/c stuff removed, all the sound deadener, etc.

I want that stuff back.

And I want a stock, or mildly modded - low mileage car.

Sounds like a plan. I love 5.0's

The mustang was one of my favorite cars and I'm going to miss it, but it was more work than I wanted to mess with.

I'll probably try selling both the car/truck asap and put the money in the bank. The save more on top of that and buy a STOCK, NICE, LOW MILEAGE, fox or sn95 (94-5). I have my gt40p heads and the ported intake still, probably run those with a stock cam, 1.7 rr, exhaust, bolt on's, etc, but still have ice cold A/C and be something I can drive cross country in.

Then get me a extended cab dakota or s10 for a daily driver. :happy055:

geez dude!? you got all that for the stang? Sounds like you did quite well. Congrats!

I forgot to get the pictures of what I got.

Basically ended up with a 88 4wd silverado with tons of new parts: starter, alternator, water pump, battery, radiator, slave cylinder, clutch kit, flywheel turned, tires, etc, etc. All done within the last year. Oh, it also has a new tool box and ladder rack.

Also got that 94 corsica I just sold back.

My old system back (10" AB sub, hifonics bxi 600.4, ppi components.) Also got a new set of pioneer 6x9's. I took my JVC head unit out of the stang as well.

Also got a 20" tool box, DMM, a 20' foot chain (log chain), 10" ryobi table saw with bench and all that jazz, 3 really nice metal cabinets with glass door, a cub cadet self propelled push mower with bagger, a few random mustang parts, a few random tools, a lot of misc items, etc, etc, etc.

$350 cash.

Not too shabby.

He pretty much just started throwing in random items after the deal was made. Guess it was my bonus for helping them load up.

Going to pick up a nice daily driver and put a little system in it
never happen

by MobileAudio219 » Thu May 06, 2010 9:49 pm

Nope, it's gone. Cousins roomate licensed it and they're leaving to Virgina tomorrow morning.

I'll post pictures of what I got tomorrow.

The mustang needed some tlc and I kept putting it on the back burner...

I really want to find a lower mileage car that's stock. Might do a 5.0 sn95, or a fox... maybe even a new edge, but I already have 5.0 parts so I don't know about that. Plus I love the 5.0's and kind of scared of the mod motors.

Going to pick up a nice daily driver and put a little system in it (still have the system out of the s10 - that was part of the deal - I got the system back). Then start saving for another stang. Or a down payment on a house with a nice garage, then buy a roller.
