Hi guys, I'm new to the forum and after some advice/help.
I'm not looking to go nuts, I'm thinking $1500 aud for 6.5 splits, 4" coaxial, sub, 1 or 2 amps and some dynamat.
I recently bought a Ford ranger pj dual cab pick up and my first upgrade is going to be the rear door speakers (4") mainly because the ones in there are blown and there crap. I'll be running them off a non standard hu which eventually want to change.
Will possibly keep these running off the hu or later down the line I will add an amp. Im thinking of putting in some type r 6.5 splits for the front.
I'm also looking at subs but there doesn't seem to be a lot of options of places it can go apart from behind the backseats which I need to measure properly but is very tight (100-120mm depth) but will get to all that later.
Anyway......
Been looking at 4 inch coaxial speakers as this is currently what's in the back.
Narrowed my options down to a few but happy with other options.. (google searches)
Polk db402
Pioneer s-s40
Hertz dcx 100.3
These are similar in price around $100aud
What do you reckon, what are your thoughts?
