Best amp and 2-12's combo for a setup in a Tahoe

Looking to take my low-end SPL relationship to the next level in my Tahoe. Wanting to do 2 12's in a sealed box that would have a lot of kick for rock and metal. I'm thinking $200 budget for each sub. I see so much about the "P3" and "Type R". Are they overrated? What kind of setup would be best? Thanks.
