Xmax is one-way, or it should be anyway.
11mm would indeed be one-way in any event.
Still 11mm isn't bad. My Cerwins were around that.. 11 or 14mm (I forget. they're in winISD under C-V LE12D) and they got extremely loud with 160 watts each in a large ported enclosure in a small hatchback.

Xmax is misleading though. It only defines linear travel within the magnetic gap, and many subs today with the right power, can go well beyond that limitation, not to mention there are other factors that play into how loud a sub will get.. so excursion via Xmax isn't something to fixate on when shopping for a speaker.

X2 you should see the look in peoples eyes when I tell then you can find better then JL. They think JL is some car audio god. Ahwell they are great products, it's just that you can find better for the same price.
