The thing that bothers me about toyota is the misnomer that they're all super reliable and last forever, when in reality, toyota hides a lot of the recall and failure reports, and flat out refuses to recall a lot of problems that domestics are forced to deal with due to differing laws for domestic and forgeign companies.. and yeah the F&F thing is one of the big downsides of the entire tuner scene. Ricers. Much like the redneck stigma of the musclecar world I suppose though.
The markIII is a good model. pretty cars.
should post a few pics if ya get a chance.

with the kids and bad driving, that holds true for a lot of sportscars though.. look at theEvo and STi reputations now as well.. same story.
dumbass kids wrecking them or streetracing, and making the entire generation of car look bad.

I can see where you think that they all get 11 sec 1/4. But actually you really shouldnt quote that for not all owners are 16 year olds that their parents just bought their supra. Although Bad drivers do make the supra look bad. Maybe I should rephrase that, F&F wannabes make the supra look bad.
I own a MKIII. I am a huge Toyota fan, I loved how much they have grown and how bad they have made the domestics look. Although lately I dont like their decisions about not having any real sports car

I'm just teasing ya by the way. I like supras, as far as imports go. I'm ust not a fan of Toyota as a company, or some of their practices, but that's a different matter all together.

what gen/model is the supra?

lol owned!!!

by GlassWolf » Wed Jul 12, 2006 8:41 am

like I said before.. what does a 400, 600, and 1000 horsepower supra all have in common? eleven-second quarter-miles.
Supras are pretty cars, and with some work, pretty quick from a roll, but they really aren't super fast.
They'd be much cooler if they weren't Toyotas, too! hehe

Well my ex lived on Northwest Rd. It wasnt to bad.

There was afull house next to her place that was going up for rent about a year ago. $450/month...

I wish you the best of luck. Lima has some very ghetto areas that rival the worst parts of Toledo, if not even worse IMO.

Now the college your talking about going to, thats over by the car dealership and Bob Evans right?

If so Northwest road is only about 10 minutes from there. The neighborhood seemed to be mixed between old people, young people in cheaper houses and some trash inbetween...
