I dont buy without doing alot of research first, so I've never really disappointed with the equiment I bought.

I'm about to start buying the new system, the only thing I'm not to sure about is the subs, I want 2 12" subs, 600-750 wrm each, that will get loud and sound good doing it...

^ I run into that same problem with 90% of my customers... They know what range they want, but don't have the money for it and end up going for something cheaper rather than just saving up a few more weeks... Then the problem lies when they realize that they don't have the system they wanted, don't have any money for it anymore, and want me to try and find someone to buy their system for nearly the same price as new... really frustrating.

sure installed systems and had clients change their mind, or want something different, or best of all, not listen to me, insist on what they demand, then realize I was right when it was done and end up re-doing it all to make it work properly or get the results they really wanted.
happened more times than I can recall

i miss my third setup, Fi Q 15" powered by a autotek mm 1400.1... mix in the EA components from my 2nd setup and you'd be CAKE.

I miss my first REAL system. I had alot of stuf before it but you know when you just have it right.. Back in 1993 I had a Clarion cd, mb quart comps, A ppi sedona 200 and a sedona 500 on 4 jl 8's ported. back then those brands were it. It just sounded so damn nice, Thats when I realized how loud 8's can get. Damn I miss that setup...

lol

I cut two 12" squares out of the rear deck and mounted a sub box to it for 2 10" CDT MS-100 subs. I fiberglassed a custom rear deck. Before it was finished finished, I put it all in to get a feel for it. I was so disappointed it got ripped out and subs sold off in a few days... lol

Anyone ever...

Get a system done or half done then change your mind or simply just not satified with how it is? I've changed system a good 15+ times last year and several this year. Lol proof at ROE but just saying, it's terrible to be broke :P.

Had any of these experiences? List favorite setups you've had, setups you didn't and thing you wish you could've had for the same cash after you spent it.

Should be interesting posts in a general discussion :) :horse
