I had to call them about it. Because I didnt have a dealer within a certain radius of me, I could order them direct from the company.

How did you buy them direct? I didn't see anywhere on their site about anything like that.

I bought mine Direct. You can contact them about pricing or if there is a dealer within a certain radius of you.

I love my DLS's. DLS speakers are said to be really smooth and detailed. I run the Magnesium speakers and that is basically how they sound. To me, Morels are high end stuff, i dont think you could go wrong with them. I havent heard too much on the new Diamond stuff though.

I re-read my post about Sony and I think I miscommunicated. I meant that everyone has trashed Sony on the forums, but I haven't found much info on the three products I listed (Morel Tempo, Diamond d661s, and DLS Reference). I've heard Sony before and I know they're trash. That's why I want to do it right the first time around, so I'm hoping folks can chime in about Morel Tempo, Diamond Audio d661s, or DLS Reference. They're all within my budget.

Not to many people run Sony anymore.

Im going to side with break and tell you they suck also.

Ive run amps and speaker by them long ago, and I dont use them anymore and for good reason.

If you want to doubt our opinions, go ahead. Buy it.

Im sure we will see you asking about comps again in a month or two

It kinda makes these Q-and-A forums pointless if nobody wants to spill their experiences. Of course I can't hold posters accountable if the sound ends up being crappy. But I did ask for their experiences. Thanks for any helpful posts.

Based on the research I've done, there are two popular internet dealers that sell rainbows: premier-audio and speedsound. And from what I've read, people have had bad experiences from speedsound, but not from premier-audio. I am also told that if you call or PM the dealers directly, they'll give you better quotes than what's listed on their site. This is all hearsay btw.

well.. I didn't get specific with the decent set explination due to the fact I really didn't want to fall into the good bad brand name dropping thing.. but sony sucks...once upon a time the mobile es stuff was great, but not all the new xplod crap.. But listen to whatever sets you can, and get a set you like. You may really like the sonys..
