Is my question(s) still unclear or does no one have an answer for me ?

Im not sure if I can explain it any other way without losing part of the question.

Basically I have a 3 way setup for my front stage, Diamond's passive crossovers however have an option output called "rear accustic-fill" what exactly it does to the sound im not sure but its how im powering my rear speakers. The normal way of powering the rear speakers would be the rear rca output from my headunit. Essentially I have no fade ability ; if i was to set the fade to rear speakers I would get no output up front.

So my front stage is actually the 3 ways up front + my rear speakers ( 4 speakers per channel) wired so that it should be showing a 4 ohm load to the amp. I remember being told once that a passive crossover will effectivily give each speaker on the crossover the same wattage, so im sending 150 to my tweet, mid and midbass (if i understand correctly). However, im not sure if this is true with the extra rear fill connected. I'll try calling diamond and find out what they say about that particular question.

My other question is dependent on the answer to my first ; if im only putting ~ 75 watts to the speakers right now then dropping to ~50 + having the ability to use my HU's parametric eq and shaping my sound is all well and good. Its a very involved question I know and its really bothering me. Mostly because im worried if the money I spent isn't going to be worth it.

You lost me at 'Its been awhile'

Its been awhile, i see some familier posters from when I used to frequent these boards, im pretty sure no one remembers me but thats neither here nor there. What does it that some of you have some good advice. And thats what im looking for today.
Heres my setup as of right now.2002 Accord coupe (v6) Eclipse CD7000 (awesome unit, sounds even better then my 8443) which is sending out 1 full output rca to an audiocontrol 2xs which splits the output into 1 set of low pass and 1 set of highpass. The low pass goes into my JBL 1200.1 BP, which is powering 2 JL 12w6v2's in a sealed box wired for 4 ohms (~300 watts each sub).
The high pass goes into my PPI ART 600.2 which is feeding my Diamon hex components. The setup is tweeter, 4" mid, 6" midbass + the rear fill channel ( diamond 6x9's - i know I know 6x9's suck for sound quality but its only rear fill- )

so on the PPI is 4 speakers per channel, 2 crossovers on each channel, cross over 1 goes input, rear fill, midbass then it jumps over to the second pass over which filters tweeters and the mid range. ( or something along those lines).

I've had this setup for ~1 year and its been pretty damn nice. Recently I ran into some money and I love to spend it so thats where the CD7000 came from, and I also decided that I wanted to use the HU to its fullest potential, all 3 outputs with the parametric eq etc. So I bought myself a PPI ax606.2 (I got wood for old school PPI) from ebay. Now as im actually thinking about what i've boughten im wondering if I might actually be downgrading output for more flexibility in scultping my output.

Heres what im thinking of to re-arrange my setup. Using the High + Mid + non-fader(low) from the eclipse to the trunk. the high and mid will go right into the 606.2 and be powered by the a404 part (50 watts @ 4ohms) and the low will go into my audiocontrol 2xs and be split to send whats little high is left over ~80hz into the last channel of the 606.2 and then sent to the midbass up front (50 watts as well @ 4 ohms) and the low will go to either the JBL 1200 or replace the JBL with the 600.2
(They will both be run in 4 ohm mono so will put out 600 watts either way. The JBL is a monoblock and should have more head room because the 600.2 would have to be bridged to get that wattage.)
The rear fill will probably be removed and left empty. or left in and simulated those passive speakers, but it probably wont do anything either way. Fact is I dont see a good way to work them into this setup, nor do I really care because people in the back are second rate anyway.

My questions are as such : The art 600.2 is rated for 150x2 in its current setup , but how much is each speaker actually getting ? Are all 4 speakers getting 150 as I thought I was once told, or is it more like 75 because the rear fill are involved...or bah, the whole thing confuses me. The only thing I know right now is the speakers sounds very nice and are not distorting.
The 606.2 is rated for 50 watts per channel at the impedance load the speakers are at now.

Im just really really worried that moving in the 606.2 is gonna give me a drop in output at the components.
