he's pretty much dead on. i had one for my ipod.. the only way to get it to sound decent was to hold it directly over the radio.. and that got hard to do while driving.

Sorry Cody, but equipment is key in this situation and without upgrading it you're stuck with the turd :(

Hey guys whats up? I havent been around here in a while since I don't have a stereo anymore, and it sucks...Anywayz...
In my truck, i have one of those delphi XM radio recievers(my boss kind of frowns on that) It uses a built in FM transmitter or whatever its called to send the signal to my stock radio. Is there anything I can do to improve the quality on this? I was going to put an aftermarket HU in but my dad won't let me since he baught the truck. I have tried all kinds of things, and the quality still sucks! I think I might have talked him in to some new coax's for the doors and the back of the cab, maybe. So...the question: Is there any way to make my XM radio not sound like a Turd wrapped in burnt hair? Thanks

Cody
