Don't get your typical cheese grater from like Kroger.
There is a cheese grater that you actually fold under your arm and has a handle..
Let me see if I can find a picture so I can explain a little better

OMG, searched google images and this poped up
I know this sounds mean but you can actually look JUST LIKE THIS GUY if you use an electric sander lol

No, you use it to just get a rough shape before the bondo dries so you dont have to do as much sanding once the bondo is fully dried.

wow nice work! where do you get the good paint from for a spray gun? napa lol? sorry for my stupid quiestions i love trying to fiberglass, but i am beginner at most. Any of your experience and knowledge is awesome! Ok so as far as door panels go, i would like to bring my 6.5 component out of the insde of the door to display in fiberglass just like the one you did on a jetta tho. How do i go about reinforcing the work to prevent any instability inside the door behind the panel? And im guessing you cut that chunk of the door out and glassed a completely new section?
