UPS Pwned my Sub

Post by solacedagony »

I sold my XXX to phtisis on here and UPS totally pwned it. Broke the basket right off the mounting ring. I can't even believe you could possible do that without throwing it off a skyscraper or something. I'll post the pics he sent me when I get home from work.

I didn't. I forgot to declare a value on it because we hardly ever do that at the company I work for. We only ever send out books on a regular basis so I rarely think about insuring shipments. So I'm minus a sub AND money.

I'm going to send an email to RE and Scott at Fi and see if he knows anywhere I can get it reconed/basketed so I can get this issue fixed. I don't want to screw phtisis cause it's not his fault, but I'm also getting screwed out of money as well. Dammit UPS. All you had to do was get there in one piece and everyone would have been happy :sad017: :help:
Bill, do you know anyone that I could talk to besides those two parties that could help me out?

Still sucks... this is why I overpack almost everything I ship out... insurance or not... I hate to see good equipment get screwed up like that :(
