Ok I have finally steered away from sealed boxes. I am going to go ported for sure now. I finally convinced myself to get away with sealed and get a more efficient enclosure. Just gotta decide if I wanna squeeze a 15 in or go with a 12.

Gonna have to be a 12. 15" sub would make box too tall to fit into trunk.
