oh bro,,,i just sat down,I've been at it for almost 10 hours,i took out my kicks for a few reasons i didn't like the way they looked and they weren't putting off that great of a stage,so i chopped off the bottom half so they will look better, and i am busting my butt trying to aim them both at the glass on the windows ,you know the 5 inch forward 1/2 inch down thing,so anyways it takes a lot of time man,and getting up and down constantly to keep trying to aim them.

I've been checking out 6.5 or even 6 inch mid bass speakers and i kinda like the dayton dc160-4 6.5 classic woofers they are like 21.78 a piece and have decent numbers.but I'm still researching, and i love researching products and reviews, until i get sick of it and then just order something.yea, peerless i found some on ebay some 6.5's for 36.95 a piece,so idk yet haha.im leaning towards the dayton, check them out and see what you think.

did some looking around and found this
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index ... 855AAErKH9

Looks like they were a budget woofer that was bought out by Maxxsonics in around 2001 or so and were discontinued at that time.

I wouldn't pay much for them, they are a pretty old sub at this point. ]

the HU has rca's for the front amp,the sub amp and then rear speakers which i don't use any so would i be using the rear speaker rca's and wires on the harness and the adjustments on my HU to adjust my mid bass but it would say rear speakers haha don't really know.but i have a friend that owns a stereo shop, plus I'm going to go ahead and call PE tomorrow and get those speakers and i can ask the tech their.idk man I've just never had dedicated mid bass speakers before and i can't wait

If your mids are going to be in the kicks, i would get an RCA splitter so you could run 2 amps off those front RCAs.
Some amps also have a pass through that allows you to do the same thing.

components go in the kicks, the dedicated mid bass will go in the doors IB my amp for the hits is a jl audio it has a pre amp out put for rca's so i could run rca's from their to my crossover then to the small amp for the mid bass,i guess lol

ok,i called PE today to order the daYTons and i talked to a tech and he said no you need to get these other mid bass drivers,i looked and i was kinda like idk man,but i went ahead and got them, the specs are pretty nice.they are called PRV AUDIO 6MB200-4 6.5 mid bass woofers.

then i googled them and found a lot of people saying they were good, even a few youtube video's so I'm excited.they will be here next wednesday the 19th. and he also said to run them.

from my jl audio mid and highs amp pre amp output to my electronic x/over to my amp for the mid bass then to my mid bass woofers, super easy, since i already ran wires into my doors the other day while i had the door panels off,lol always good to think ahead huh.yaya

the reason i was told to get these is because the daYTons had a really low qts the prv's qts is 0.798
i will do a speaker update asap.

BTW these kick panels are driving me nuts.the driver side sounds ok,imaging wise,in the center, the pass/side is now a littler better, but still not center, try adjusting it with DTA and it will go to the center of the dash, but then hop back in the driver seat and guess what? no good,i don't know what to do,Ive read everything online i can find, but nothing on this.please send help, please help.ask a friend,do something, anything.chris???? lol

i am going to be going with my old autotek 100 instead of the 44 ,i decided to when i saw it would fit under my seat, hehe so i ran the speaker wires already both sides from inside the doors all the way to under the driver seat, now just need to run the rest to the back of my car,rCa wires, power, remote, and ground it to seat frame rail bolt.

hello hello is their anybody out their ? well i may be talking to myself, and chris but at least I'm not getting slammed or bashed on a forum from tough guys hiding behind there monitors in the safety of there own homes i hate that sh!t….i was reading about wave guides, you should do that chris instead of kicks, you have the space i think in your camaro,,,,,yeppers :sub:
