it's easy, who ever has the better speed goes first, say if you speed was higher, your strength would have to be better than their defense, if not they get to attack you and if their strength is better then your defense then you lose

Could someone constantly take out Vene of FEW. Everytime I long on to my account I am in the Hospital. He is a level 18 and I'm a 11 and am 20,000 away on being able to defeat him.
