i would say the JBL is a great choice but if you want a little cheaper hifonics would do the job... but the kicker KX1200.1 is also a good choice ... but my favorite choice would be a Arc Audio

X2 for the Arc Audio amp, I'am using the 1500dr and is kickin ass.

So I had allready bought the amp when you posted this. It states in several places in the auction that it is new, not used or referbished. What should I look for when it arrives to make sure it is new?

it could be new but the seller must have bought it new from a dealer. then sold it without using it. if its new it should have the originall maxxsonics black and white tape on the box.

i bought a rockford t1001bd, decent price now bought it when they first came out for too much. Wont ever let you down, and if it does rockford has no problem giving you a new one. Well good look with the amp you did buy.
