We have a couple places here in CT that sell to minors at the Strip joints but like u say they usually try to drink hustle... The worst is when i was at one i had a beer and the damn stripper decided to sit on the table... Beer went in my lap instead of her ass... I was pissed

Actually it is Stillwater, Oklahoma where Stillwater Designs (AKA Kicker) was founded. The main facility is still there, but they have outsourced for their manufacturing now.
At least that is how I understand it.

Square subs by anyone suck.
they have inherant design flaws.
the solo X is just a glorified L series, with all the same flaws, and just as unreliable.
If all you want is loud, sans longevity or SQ, the solo X is fine.

Stillwater, Oklahoma is where "Kicker" is based, and the parent company, Stillwater Designs.
They used to build their speakers in-house in Stillwater, but now outsource most of their stuff.
