So I waited for the instant he was out, and put him right back in.

The reason these people are beating you Joe is because they have more speed, so the shoot first. Their offense is enough to overcome your defense and health points, so you die.

IMHO, its best to have a lot of strength and a good amount of speed. You need to have more speed than the person you are attacking and enough strength to bring them down.

Defense only comes into play when you two start to exchange fire...

With my logic, heres my stats...

555's stats are real low. He keeps doing crimes thinking that leveling up will make him stronger. I had thought that at first... but some people are a little slower than others :)

Has a high defense, but I have a higher strength and speed. If i attack him, even tho his defense is higher, shouldn't my strength and speed be able to overcome him?

Depends on how close it is. Also what type of armor he has. If he has the trench coat, that adds 45%...
