New budget system (finally decided.)

As some of you know I was in the market for a buget system. After much debate I finally got it all picked out.

Head unit: JVC KD-S100 $129.99 shipped

Nothing real flashy, but it should work pretty well together. For the price I'm not sure I could do any better.

Those are crazy good prices.

It's amazing what you can get if you really shop around. MSRP for everything but the sub(s) comes to a total of roughly $1460. Add the sub prices and I don't know what it would be. That's hardly a buget sustem. You're paying roughly $500+ or so, I'm guessing. Nice. That's going to be a great system.

I'm hoping it functions well. It's the cheapest I could go while still feeling comfortable with the equipment.

EDIT: I just ordered the Boston Acoustics FX6 and Hifonics ZXI 6410.... $209 shipped for both!!!!

Just ordered the Head unit: JVC KD-S100 for 109.99 SHIPPED. Found an coupon online for 20 dollars off! Saving is FUN!

On a side note crutchfield said the item would NOT fit my truck, I think it's just to deep but they didn't give any more info nor do they give dimensions of the deck. I WILL make it work..

For the price the head unit looked pretty impressive.. I guess we will see!

Expect some reviews and tons of pictures.

I will say this, both crutchfield and onlinecarstereo both already shipped their stuff out, that makes me happy with both of them so far!!! Should have that stuff by friday. I need to pick up some MDF to start on the box and amp rack, the front of both is going to be fiberglass, PRETTY!!!!!

American Bass DX was ordered. I also got a 4 gauge amp kit!

Everything came to around to a total of $445. The Boston Acoustic are now sold out!

Good deal, justin. You should have a really nice setup there.

I got severaly friends who really believe in the JVC stuff. I like it as well.

I have done some business with C-field. Always very happy, ships fast and the customer service is just unparalled.

Onlinecarstereo, never did any bizness with them though. Im sure you will be satisfied with them though.
