I said yes as well. But on the other hand if your a convicted felon (well depending on your crime) I say no.
That vary's by state. Any drug related charge or Domestic Violence in Ohio you loose your right to own a gun period.tomcat wrote:Certain misdemeanors will also cause you to loose that right too. A misdemeanor domestic violence is one off those, I think. It may depend on what the exact charge is. Also enough drunk driving convictions will do it too.
