Need Opinions......

Ok...so ive been lookin into gettin some new subs (prolly not til spring time tho). Im torn between getting 2 12" RE SX's or a single 15" XXX. The amp i would use for either system would be a 1500 watt fosgate (as long as my buddy doesnt sell it). What do u guys think is the best set up to go with? I want it to be loud

damn man both are gona be really loud, just go the most affordable way, doubt youll be able to play either at full volume and standing it.

alright...so it looks like im goin with 1 15" xxx and my buddy is selling me a fosgate 1500 watt amp for 300 bucks. Question...how hard is it to make a ported box? I was looking at designs on r.e.'s website but they dont show anything for a 15"? any suggestions?

If you are making a ported box, make sure you get all of the specififcations exact. Having it tuned to the wrong frequency can seriously damage your subwoofer.
