I would stay away from 6x9's, they don't sound to great. If your gonning with coaxial's, go with 6 1/2's. I'd say stick with the focal's there a good brand. I'd say upgrade your front speakers, and leave the ones in the back off.

With good speakers in the front you will have a better soundstage. If you got an amp, use that, because it will make them shine.

I saw once many years ago where someone put 10" subs in that spot in the b piller. I don't know how it sounded. I agree with the others, oval speakers suck. Not to mention putting too much into rear speakers. You should be able to put something good in your door or kicks. I know your dash is pretty shallow and comes with a 4x6 hole. I think it was Image Dynamics who made a replacement dash for your car with waveguides built into it. The whole dash was something like $5k. I forget these days. Getting old.

well i need something decent to put into my car. Im not putting a whole system in my car with amps and subs. What is in there now is not any good. Im limited on the install. Im not going to buy a new dash for it or kick pannels. I just want something that sounds good in the car. It is more of a performace car and handling. I just want speakers in there that sound good and better than the stock ones that have been in there since '92

i would go with the focals or bravox or arc (talk to justin from detroit) or DLS or something along those lines. i think kicker is mainly crap i guess thats why it is referred to around my shop as kicker krap.

alright thanks. Thats what i was thinking to get. Just wanted to know other peoples opinions on them or what they would recomend. Anything else you guys would recomend, but i think i will be going with the focals
