Alright, I feel like a moron asking this but hey... With a sealed box, my sub woofer isn't sealed INSIDE the box is it? Is this a sealed box that this dude is making?

That is sealed. Sealed means there are no ports in it.

I just looked at the pictures, but that looks like a sealed box too me.

Another thing... It's recommended that my sub boxes are 1-1.5 Sq. Ft. each for 12" REs? So would I make it like 14x14x14 (1.13 Sq. Ft)?? Please help.. Sorry for all the million diff questions I'm just really haven troubles figuren out how all this shit works lol.

just make sure that all your measurments are internal....

That's not including sub displacement.

I believe the RE 12's only displace .09 cubic feet. And yes, make sure when calculating box size, that you use internal dims. I would make the box as close to 3 cu.ft. as you can, just make sure it fits in your car. Use the box calculator on http://www.bcae1.com, number 110. Chose internal dims and figure out how big of a box you will need.

EDIT: Used the calc on bcae1 and 28x16x16 gives you 3.224 cu.ft. Subtract the sub displacement and you have 3.044 cu.ft.

Ok, I got it figured out, I'm gonna go 15x15x15 External which is 13.5x13.5x13.5 Internal. This gives me 1.424 - .09 = 1.334 Sq. Ft. I'm gonna go with one box per sub since my trunk is so tiny, I wanna be able to have them kinda off to the sides so I can still access my spare tire just in case. Thats about the max room I can give 15x15x15.
