WTF was that???????

Ok guys here is the story, as it went down.

Me and my girl are watching tv when we hear my upstairs neighbor come flying down the stairs, and BANGS on the door. So I run open it up, and he tells me come on "BOTH OF YOU", as he flies back up the stares.

So I take off, yell at rachel to come one, and up the stairs we go.

Well we get to his door, and he runs into his bedroom towards the window. I jog over and he points me to this one VERY bright star. So I am setting here watching this thing, and he tells me he was laying in bed, and all of a sudden it DARTED about 3 inches in one direction, an inch or so in another, PAUSED, and then moved about 4 inches back to the original location, in a little more than a second. He said it did it the first time, so he told his girl to watch, and it did it a second time. Thats when he came and got us.

Keep in mind, this thing is a long ways off, and very bright looking. So I watch for a few, and then it starts to move. A little slower this time, but it still covers a couple of inches in a little more than a second, and then pauses. Then it starts to move towards us. I can see it getting brighter, even a little bigger. Next thing I know it changes directions and looks like it is heading strait up. Then it stops, and pauses. For some reason i looked away for a second, and when looked back up and it was gone. The three other people said it was there, and then it wasn't.

I have lived on AF bases for a few years, and grew up a few min from an airport with a reserve base attatched, and I have never seen something move like this before. My upstairs neighbor sayed the same, and he grew up 15 min from the lockheed plant.
