Car Audio Central - Ultimate Car Audio Forum and Community

I'm looking for a nice set of components to setup my front stage in my car. Right now I have RE12x2 Subs, Alpine Type-S 6.5" Coaxials in the Rear. I can't really get anything that is US based like Elevation/Adire as the shipping is retardedly expensive for us Canadians. When I bought my Kicker Amp and my Alpine Type-S speakers.. it cost me 35$ to ship to the US/Canada border, along with another additional 50$ to ship from the border to my house. So unless US based companies can offer me something that's worth the extra 60-80$ in shipping I'm going to have to stick with the big names like Alpine/Infinity/Pioneer etc. I dun really care too deeply about budget, I have the amp and everything to hook up to it. So lets say 150-200$ as a baseline. I dun mind going over tho. Oh, I know where a JL Audio dealer is too. But they seem to be crazy overpriced judging by the alpine/pioneer stuff they sell.

pioneers rev set of componets are really nice alot of people here dont like them but there actually very very good and a really good price.

isnt there an RE distributor in canada if so you could get some of thiers. how about DLS too their should be a dealer for them there.

Oh, I thought I heard RE Components were garbage. Never even heard of DLS haha.

ive heard alot of people have had good luck with them. DLS is high end stuff
