massachusetts flood

hey, i got my cell phone pick of this guy that tried to make it but never did. Lol i almost didn't make it through one. It's been downpouring here in massachusetts since wednesday. There are flood warnings everywhere. The merrimak river is 6 feet over it's banks. I had to pump out my basment yesterday. And as i speak it's going to rain till tomorrow.
Well here is the pick, thought i would shear it with you guys.

Ouch! Good luck, hope nothing serious happens to you or your house! We had some extensive flooding in my area (PA, NJ) in the past couple years as well.

yeah this weather is nuts. First we got hit with one from the west and twice off the ocean. in a row may i add. mass hasn't gotten a flood like this in years. remember california, my folks live out there, they said it rained for a month.

my poor car needs a wax after this one, lol.
our gov had to call the nationalguard.

Yea, it's pretty bad up there. The worst flooding ever for that area. Good luck! Keep the stuff you want to keep high up in your house.

It hasnt flooded here yet, but at my work the parking lot sure is!
I wish it would stop raining for a day or so. Now i know why Seattle has one of the highest suicide rates in the country.

man it was 80degrees last night at eight o clock here...and i live in WA! i hope that weather isnt coming over here

yeah, all of Route 1 in suagus is still shut down today since yesterday. It's a major business area.
Millions of gallons of raw sewage poured into the merrimak river. People's toilets are backing up, and the manhole covers burst open from water pressure.
It's insane. The have the highschools as shelters. Two crazy people desided to take a plunge into the rushing waters and have never been found (not that i know of)

Yea, that manhole cover thing is dangerous. I've seen that from other floods here. You'd never know until you stepped in one or drove into one after they had lost the cover.
