I'd worry more about the front stage than the subs :)

Dude.... look into upgrade the front stage too. And your electrical system. Personally.... i dont think you need two subs of that high of caliber. I think 1 good quality 15" driver with a very well made box that is powered very well will be better and more cost efficient. You could still go with a D9 driver though. But really, what are your goals from the sub. Are you looking for a sq based driver and a loud daily driver sub?? The D9 is more of sq sub that can get loud. But if you are just look for something that will be loud for daily driving, you could spend a lil less, or the same, and have more output and with a good box design, it will still sound good.

Now, say you buy an amp that is around 1500rms. Then, if you upgade your front stage, your going to have a few more hundred class a/b watts. You are going to want to start to upgrade your electrical system. I would personally go with a new high output alternator. Your car will thank you in the long run. I would go with an Excessive Amperage alternator. Something in the area of 150-200amp alt and you will not have any serious voltage problems. Along with a new alt, dont forget to upgrade the big3!! I would say this upgrade will cost you around $250-$300.

You will want a front stage that will be able to be heard of a very loud sub. Over these next few months, i would go to your local shops and listen to every set of speakers they have and see what your ears like better. I would just spend a good amount on a good front speakers/components accompanied by a good amp. That right there, i would set off around $600.

So after electrical and front stage, you will have aroud $1000 to spend on the sub stage. Trust me.... $1,000 will make you a very happy sub stage. Probably a good $300-$400 sub, and $400 on amp... you will be happy.

im about to go to a few of the shops right now and talk to them about it...
but when im listening to it i want it to sound really awesome with the bass turned lots down and sometimes jam...
but i want a really loud system to just so i can say hey... want your ears to bleed? lol
i know that sounds retarded but i love showing my system off right now and id really love showing off two 15's : )
maybe i could get some kind of a sweet box and make it all showy who knows...
but ill think on it thanks for the advice :attitude
