Designing and Fitting a New Grill

My dream has always been to own a 1971 Plymouth Barracuda one day. While I'll continue to dream about that, I thought I would bring elements of the 1971 Barracuda to my Dart. My Dart is the first car I've owned, and I've tried to build it the way I've wanted. Starting with the Shaker hood, I added that feature to help lessen the look of the beak nose front end that my car is notorious for. With the advent of new technology, I've always wanted to modify the grill to give it a new look. With the help of a good friend, I was able to prvide him a sketch to work from. Initially, we were going to apply clip on pieces to teh existing grill, but the grill came too far forward. My friend was able to redesign the whole thing so it could be assembled together as one. I love the results and look that he was able to create. Printed in ABS plastic with a total of 10 pieces, then glued, sanded and painted to give it the final look.
