Installing the doors and alignment

Before attempting to install these doors, I've painted the sills. If I get these aligned, not going to take them off to paint later.  
Now that is finished, trying to get these doors on and aligned. Not sure if I just have several bad doors or what is going on. But I've been having a terrible time with getting these to sit properly. 

After messing with the drivers door and trying several different doors. I have it almost right, the biggest issue is it seems to pop-out at the bottom. I can't figure out why, and there also seems to be not enough gap toward the front of the cab. Will need to keep messing with it and see if I can get it better, but this is the best I've done so far.  

If anyone has worked on one of these trucks before, and has any ideas.  Please let me know if the comments.
